Purchase authorization

I agree to having my credit card billed for the total amount in US Dollars presented in the shopping cart which represents the costs of the product and shipping to my address. I also affirm that I am an authorized user on the credit card provided for the purchase. I further accept the Terms and Conditions for Cancellations and Returns / Exchanges presented below.

Cancellations

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Many orders ship same day. Orders placed after 12 Noon on Friday and over the weekend will normally ship the following Monday. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned per our Return policy below. If you need to cancel your order please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to avoid having the order shipped.

Returns / Exchanges

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Contact customer service at 651-439-3132 to obtain a RAN. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a RAN.

Tubtrugs, LLC has a 30 day return policy. This means that all returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. A credit and or exchange will only be issued if the product is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. This includes intact product labeling. Credit will only be issued in the form of the original payment.
Shipping costs to and from Tubtrugs, LLC are not refundable except for products shipped in error by Tubtrugs, LLC. Tubtrugs, LLC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in return transit to Tubtrugs, LLC.

Exchanges are limited to goods of the same value. Shipping costs to and from Tubtrugs, LLC are not refundable for exchanges except for products shipped in error by Tubtrugs, LLC.
